Who we are
crivo makes teams' internal processes quicker, with automated tools we build for them and continuous support. We decide how the information in this portal is used, which makes us the "data controller" under UK data protection law. Questions about your data: olivia@crivo.co.uk.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, company, email address and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never see or store your actual password.
- What you tell us: your answers to our onboarding questions, such as how you use AI and what you want help with, plus a phone number if you choose to give one.
- Your work with us: your plan, comments, messages, session summaries, check-in scores, the things you try between sessions and the wins you log.
- Emails about your work with us that we copy into your portal so the full history stays in one place.
- Call transcripts: when we record a call with you (for example with Fireflies), we may upload the transcript so we can update your plan from it. Only our team sees transcripts. We delete the transcript 30 days after uploading it, keeping only the short notes we took from it.
Why we use it
- To provide the coaching and support you've asked for: building your plan, running sessions and replying to you. This is needed to carry out our agreement with you.
- To see how your programme is going and where you might need more help. This is in our legitimate interest in giving you a good service.
- To keep your account secure, for example by limiting repeated failed sign-in attempts.
We don't sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Who else handles it
- Render hosts this portal and stores its data for us.
- When we start sending emails from the portal, our email provider will handle those emails. We'll update this notice when that happens.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. It only works on this site, and we don't use any tracking or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as you're working with us, and for 12 months afterwards in case you come back. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
- Get a copy: ask us, and we'll send you everything we hold about you within one month.
- Correct it: update your answers under About you, or ask us.
- Delete it: message us and we'll remove your account and everything in it.
- Object or restrict: ask us to stop or limit how we use your information.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
